845 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 845 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing the 845 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the 845 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Are a Malaysian citizen or resident who is legally eligible to use services of this nature;
- Not currently on a self-exclusion list or any other player protection programme in place;
- Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative of any third party.
845 reserves the right to reject or cancel any individual's registration without providing a reason, if there are indications that the above eligibility requirements have not been met.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 845 platform. Holding more than one account is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
Registration Details
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and identification details required for account verification (KYC).
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 845 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 845 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through your 845 account;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to access your account;
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or inaccuracies in the betting or gaming system;
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to fund your 845 account;
- Distributing unlawful content or content that is disruptive or harmful to other users' experience.
845 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating any of the above rules and to report related cases to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 845 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include instant bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other local payment options listed in your account's deposit section.
Account Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete an identity verification process. This involves submitting a valid copy of your identification document (MyKad or passport). This process is in place to protect your account and comply with relevant legal requirements.
Processing Time
Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawals are processed according to a set schedule and depend on the method selected. 845 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal for review if there are signs of suspicious activity or non-compliance with applicable bonus terms.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 845 are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
845 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation if there are signs of a terms violation. Accounts closed due to proven fraud or misuse will not receive any refund of remaining balances.

845 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the 845 platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
